REFUND POLICY

At Nanocode, we stand behind the quality of our products. To keep our process transparent and fair, please carefully read our refund and return conditions below.


General Conditions

  • Unopened products only: Refunds/returns are only accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • Proof required: Customers must provide clear photo evidence of the unopened product before approval.

  • Approval first: All returns must be approved by our support team before shipping. Packages sent without approval will not be accepted.

  • Tracking mandatory: Once a return is approved, you must provide a valid return tracking number. Refunds will only be processed after the return is received and inspected.


Refund Eligibility

  • Before shipping: Orders can be cancelled and refunded only before the product has been shipped. Once shipped, no cancellation or refund is possible until the product is returned unopened.

  • After delivery: Refunds are only possible when the product is returned unopened with prior approval and verified tracking.

  • No chargebacks: By purchasing through Nanocode, you agree to follow this policy. Chargebacks will not be accepted as a substitute for our official refund process.


60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee, but only under the following conditions:

  • Customers must show proof of consistent use for at least 60 days (photos/videos or other evidence).

  • If no evidence is provided, the guarantee does not apply.

  • Refunds under the 60-day guarantee are at Nanocode’s sole discretion.


Sale Items / Discounts

  • Products purchased during sale events, promotions, or discounts are not eligible for cash refunds.

  • These orders may only be refunded in the form of store credit.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or damaged products (not caused by shipping).

  • Perishable goods once the seal is broken.

  • Gift cards, promotional items, and final-sale items.


Refund Process

  1. Contact support@nanocodeofficial.com with your order number and photos of the unopened product.

  2. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Once the return is received and verified, your refund will be processed.

    • Standard refunds: 10 business days to your original payment method.

    • Sale items: issued as store credit only.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us.
