We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be:

In the same condition as received, unworn/unused, with all tags/seals intact, and in the original packaging.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note for consumables/supplements: For safety and hygiene reasons, any product that has been opened, used, or with a broken seal cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged or defective.
How to start a return (RMA)

Email support@nanocodeofficial.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), the return shipping label, and instructions (including the correct return address).

Items sent back without an approved RMA will not be accepted.
Please do not return items before receiving your RMA and instructions.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@nanocodeofficial.com with photos so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for:

Perishable goods and consumables that are opened or unsealed

Custom/personalized products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Gift cards

Sale/clearance items (final sale)

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
EU 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned in their original, unused, unopened condition with all packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
