Shipping Policy Nanocode
At Nanocode, we take pride in delivering your order with care, no matter where you are in the world. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our processing, shipping times, and policies regarding delays.
1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak periods, product launches, or exclusive drops, processing may take up to 7 business days. This will always be communicated on the product page or in your order confirmation.

Once shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace link.
⚡ Note: Orders are always packed and shipped with care. Processing and shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
2. Delivery Times (Worldwide Shipping)
Average delivery times after processing:

Netherlands & Belgium: 1 – 3 business days

Rest of EU: 3 – 7 business days

Worldwide (outside EU): 7 – 21 business days (depending on customs and local couriers)
These times are indicative only. Nanocode is not responsible for courier or customs delays, which are outside of our control.
3. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email to monitor your delivery.
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

Free shipping may apply during promotions or when your order exceeds a certain amount (clearly indicated on our website).
5. Delays & Lost Packages

A package is only considered “delayed” if no tracking updates are shown for 10 business days (EU) or 30 business days (worldwide).

Customs checks, strikes, natural events, or courier delays are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

If a package is officially declared lost by the courier, we will provide a replacement or refund.
6. Incorrect Address / Wrong Details

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout.

Nanocode is not liable for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Reshipping costs for such cases are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Unclaimed / Refused Packages

If a package is not collected from a pickup point or refused and returned to us, the customer may choose:

Reshipment (shipping costs apply), or
-
Refund excluding the original shipping fee.

8. Damaged or Incomplete Delivery

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the package and contents.

Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
9. Pre-orders & Drops

For exclusive drops or pre-orders, shipping begins on the stated date in the product description.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the communicated shipping timeline.
10. Customer Responsibility on Delays
By purchasing from Nanocode, you acknowledge that:

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

Nanocode is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (couriers, customs, local authorities).

Complaints regarding slower-than-expected delivery cannot be used as grounds for chargebacks or automatic refunds.
